ANZSOC Membership Options

IMPORTANT UPDATE: ANZSOC will be reducing membership fees in the 2024/25 financial year. You may wish to delay purchasing membership until the new fee structure is in place.

Membership: FAQ

Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button next to your appropriate level of membership and it will take you to the payment page.

You can pay through our secure checkout process using VISA or MasterCard, where all transactions are processed on secure servers by NAB, or you can choose to pay by bank transfer. You can change your payment method at any time.

DIRECT BANK TRANSER: After you submit your membership renewal, an email will be sent to you within 48 hours with the ANZSOC account details to make the payment. If you apply for a new membership, the ANZSOC account details will be emailed to you upon approval of your membership application, usually within 14 days.

CREDIT CARD: Pay online using your Visa or MasterCard by following the prompts in the online payment process.

Your membership will be activated as soon as the funds are cleared in the account.

ANZSOC memberships are based on the financial year and as such expire on 30 June each year. Members will receive notification of renewal by email in early May, mid-June and towards the end of June.

Automatic payment happens when NAB automatically charges member’s credit card when membership is due for renewal at the end of June. Automatic payment may also refer to recurring payment. AUTO RENEW is automatically turned ON at the time of purchase and available to members in their account dashboard. When your membership is due at the end of June, your credit card will be automatically charged.

Members can turn off AUTO RENEW at any time. To do this go to Manage Membership Subscription – Click AUTO RENEW, this should turn it off. When your membership is due, a reminder email will be sent to you to pay your membership.

With so many dates to remember throughout the year, it’s easy to lose track of what’s due when. AUTO RENEW means your Membership is simply renewed when it’s due and ensures that you don’t miss out on any of the benefits of your membership.

As your renewal date approaches, we’ll send you a reminder to let you know that the due amount will be deducted from your nominated credit card and let you know once the payment has gone through on your due date.

There is no annual fee for the AUTO RENEW convenience, only your Membership amount will be debited.

If payment fails, the renewal retry process will take place over a 7-day period through a series of 2 retries. If payment fails the 2nd time, the member’s renewal order status will set to ‘failed’. If this happens and you still want to renew, you need to log into your account and make the payment.

You can update the credit card on file for automatic payments at any time. To ensure that the new information is used for the auto renewal payment feature, be sure to update the credit card by 28 June.

Go to Manage Membership Subscription – View – Change payment – Change payment method – Confirm and Pay.

You can turn off the AUTO RENEW option at any time.
